“Break the team up and start over,” Charles Barkley savagely commands Miami Heat to make trades

Charles Barkley

Hall of Famer turned analyst Charles Barkley suggests that the Miami Heat should make a few trades and start all over again. For those who are unaware – Erik Spoelstra’s team is struggling with its form and is ranked in 11th seed in the Eastern Conference. After a strong and deep run, last season, in the playoffs – it seems safe to say they have run all out of gas at the moment.

Charles Barkley was discussing the same on the show ‘Inside the NBA,’ where he quoted, “It might be time to break the team up and start over. They got some contracts that’s like they’re no good. So, they need to start over. That’s my personal opinion, it’s like, hey, trade some of these guys to contenders or teams that get us some young guys and start over.”

The Miami Heat have recorded eleven wins and fourteen losses this NBA season. It is still early in the season, so Charles suggested that this franchise make some additions and subtractions to get their campaign back on track.
