One does not have to be a hardcore follower of the Chicago Bulls to notice the uniqueness of Dennis Rodman. Rodman grabbed headlines because of his funny activities while with the association and even years later.

During his playing days, his rival Joe Smith proved that the legends about the Bulls star were true. Smith was a top pick in the 1995 NBA Draft. He made his mark in the league upon joining it. In the 1990s, older players criticized Smith from other teams because of his use of foul language. Joe Smith played with Kobe Bryant in his final season before retiring.

On the other hand, there is no way one could forget a particular aspect about Rodman. Smith did get slapped on his butt quite often. This is what Smith said in a recent interview:

Thus, Smith thought that Dennis was only being friendly. Of course, that didn’t last for long after ‘The Worm’ was born and began really hitting Smith where it hurts.
