After his disappointing and unfortunate departure with the Sixers, he was trolled and criticized heavily, even though he wasn’t at complete fault. Recently, the Toronto Raptors hosted the Brooklyn Nets at Scotiabank Arena. The Nets took over the control of the game since the start and ended up winning in style at 112-98. Ben Simmons impressed the Nets Nation with his speed and handed out some glimpses of his greatness. He was on fire since the start but got limited to only 14 points, 6 assists and 2 rebounds.
Kevin Durant though had a tough night and contributed with only 12 points, 5 assists and 7 rebounds. Kyrie Irving though stepped up and did his job by dropping 29 points, throwing 3 dimes and getting one rebound. Even Ben Simmons came up big on the defensive end. As he didn’t just lock the rivals but also registered 3 steals and 2 blocks.
The game had many highlight-worthy moments and plays. But the one all over the internet is about Ben Simmons. As the Nets’ star turned into Usain Bolt and secured a bucket while leaving the Raptors speechless on the defensive end.

Gary Trent Jr. missed a free throw with 8 minutes and 15 seconds remaining in the first quarter. Ben Simmons then got the ball in his hand after the Nets secured the rebound. And, in just some seconds the Australian star dribbled up the whole floor with his unreal speed and scored a layup while everyone was figuring out when he got that fast.
