Jaren Jackson Jr of the Memphis Grizzles recently made an appearance on the Podcast with P show hosted by Paul George, where he defended his teammate Brooks’ comments about LeBron James.
The 2022-23 Defensive Player of The Year recalled back the series they just had against the Lakers where LeBron punked the Grizzles in a 4-2 series win in the First Round of this year’s Playoffs.
The hosts at the Podcast were clowning Jaren Jackson comparing the situation with a similar incident that Paul George had gone through in his Pacers’ days, where Lance Stephenson allegedly ‘woke up the beast’ inside LeBron, a similar situation to when Brooks’ called LeBron old. Jackson said: “Definitely helped LA get around something and get some energy and get some life … But he is old, and he kicked our ass.”
We can’t really blame JJJ for his comments as LeBron dropped 20+ points in 5 outings against the Grizzles and completely dismantled them after he had a back-and-forth with Brooks in Game 2, where he reportedly said “I poke bears.”
The relationship between Brooks and his teammates is still under normal weather but the organization have had enough of Brooks, as the organization is expected to not take him back ‘under any circumstances.’
Is LeBron James approaching FATHER TIME?

The past few days have been nothing but a nightmare coming true for LeBron or Basketball fans in general as we might have to gear up for an NBA season without LeBron James in it.
After the Lakers were swept by the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals, LeBron left a cryptic message sitting towards a possible retirement in the near future. The message is truer than fake as several other sources have confirmed that LeBron is seriously considering retirement.
LeBron James as a player is still one of the best forwards in the league, pouring in 27.8 points per game in the Western Conference Finals, showing the league he can still do it at a high level. Although he showed some signs of a dip in his athleticism, he is still unstoppable in transition and can still exploit every kind of defensive coverage teams throw at him.LeBron is rumoured to still run it back with the Lakers for one more season in hopes of winning Ring number 5 and is expected to play till Bronny James is drafted into the NBA.
LeBron James still has $97.1 million left to play out with the Lakers and if the front office can sign a superstar guard a motivated King James is still very much a threat heading into the 2023-24 NBA season.
