Brooklyn Nets star guard Kyrie Irving was seen arguing with his teammate Kevin Durant after he missed three-pointers and free throws which could have brought the team in the lead during Game 4 of round one on Monday night.
The Nets with Kevin Durant were playing more aggressively than in previous games and even tried some physicality during the first quarter which didn’t help them much but instead put them in the foul trouble. As the first quarter ended the Nets, Seth Curry and Goran Dragic had three fouls, Durant had 2 and Nic Claxton had one. The total fouls of the Nets were 10 to Boston’s six fouls.
After that, the game between both eastern teams was full of back and forth during the second and third quarters. Now the whole game was dependent on the fourth quarter where Steve Nash opted to bring Durant, Irving, Blake Griffin, Curry, and Dragic to start the last quarter. The game was close between both teams, so it was difficult to predict the outcome of the game until the last few minutes arrived.

Now Irving and Durant took the control as they scored on the back-to-back possessions to decrease the lead to 109-108. Meanwhile, Jaylen Brown showed some great layup moves which shifted the score to 111-108. After that, we saw a dip in Durant’s efficiency as he missed three-pointers, and later when he was fouled, he missed one from two on free throws. Well, just after that miss they failed to defend their side of the court which is the story of the whole series and the game went in the favor of the Celtics by 116-112.
When Durant missed multiple chances to bring the Nets into the lead, the coach took a timeout to calmly understand the situation but it seems that Kyrie was trying to pick on his teammate while they were arguing on the bench.

Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving failed to gratify the Nets fans as they got swept in round one of the playoffs against the Celtics.
The two-time NBA champ scored a game-high of 39 points, and Irving added only 20 points whereas Seth Curry scored 23 points and failed to win the Game 4, and their hope to win the Championship ends here. As for the Celtics, they took the revenge from the Nets of the previous season where they got knocked out by Brooklyn 4-1 in round one. Now the Celtics have to wait to know about their opponents in round two as the Bucks vs Bulls series is till undecided.
