LaVar Ball is a well-known speaker who does not refrain from expressing his views. His actions have put him under pressure despite how interesting his thoughts could seem. Nonetheless, it has contributed a lot to building his fame. He is the architect behind The Big Baller brand.

He cannot afford such behavior in the big league and has the same approach on a superior network such as ESPN. Last year, ESPN fired The Big Baller after he made derogatory remarks about anchor Molly Qerim. Taking time to reflect upon the incident, he decided to be blunt with his criticism of her.

Commenting on the ESPN anchor Qerim, this is what Ball stated:

Who cares what her last name is? That lady crazy. Her mind is in the gutter, thinking that every man wants her. She looks like Witchiepoo. That's not a good-looking woman to me. Only time I hit on her is if he is coming through my house, and I think she is The Boogeyman.

Some years ago, Ball was fired up and provided a cutting criticism during an episode of ESPN. Qerim is the anchor of First Take. She remains a regular alongside star Stephen A. Smith.

LaVar Ball has a unique attitude and will not bow down to anyone. However, Molly Qerim remains unpopular among the fans, and she also has a similar attitude. The initial clash between the two was not considered offensive by many because it was just a normal feeling.

However, from Qerim’s initial statement, she clearly wouldn’t accept it. She believed that Lonzo Ball‘s father wanted to make an advance on her, so she complained to her superiors and demanded the removal of the father from the network.

Eventually, Ball was banned from the ESPN network despite Ball’s sons playing basketball. LaVar Ball had good chemistry with Stephen A Smith. They had entertaining segments covering various topics. At the time, Qerim was married to former NBA player Jalen Rose. He did not take offense to the situation but ESPN eventually decided to support Qerim against LaVar Ball.
