LeBron James sends encouraging message to ‘heartbroken’ Cristiano Ronaldo after shocking World Cup exit

Cristiano Ronaldo’s dream to secure footballing world’s post prestigious silverware has been blown up by Moroccan side, which carries the hopes of an entire continent. After a 1-0 loss in the Quarter-Finals at the Al Thumama Stadium, Portuguese talisman posted a heartfelt message on Instagram, on which LeBron James shared an inspiring 1-word message.

In the post shared, CR7 expressed his disappointment of falling short on the biggest stage of all. In less than an hour, this post reached a staggering sum of 7 million likes and comments. One of which was from the 37-year-old LeBron James, who perhaps goes through the same media scrutiny as Cristiano Ronaldo.

Towards the end Crstiano even mentioned how there have been ‘fake’ narratives attached to him over the past few weeks. Yet none of them are true as he never stopped believing in his country or his teammates. Moreover, even hinted that his dedication for Portugal will never change.

However, is it the last time we have witnessed the ‘LEGEND’ on the football field or is there one ‘Last Dance’ left to be unfolded. Millions want to know.
