Luka Doncic is not any ordinary 23-year old NBA player. Of course, to get to the league requires a lot of hard work and talent. There is not room for disregarding ballers who put their bodies on the line to entertain their fans. But this European phenom has been on a league of his dominating all his rivals by miles at such a young age.
Several players have come forth praising the youngster on his skills. He has experience playing overseas with the EuroLeague where he won a title and also got named the MVP in 2018. He also played with Real Madrid for four years. His career in the NBA has been short of impressive and experts believe he will become one of the greatest players of all time.
Luka Doncic leads the Dallas Mavericks to the Western Conference Finals
The Dallas Mavericks acquired Luka Doncic on draft night via trade in 2018. He was swapped in place for Trae Young who now plays for the Atlanta Hawks and is also having a very impressive run so far. Much unlike his draft buddies, Luka led the team to the playoffs in three out of the four seasons he has played with them. His career averages are 26.4 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 8 assists per game.
This past season, he helped the Mavericks defeat the 2020-21 Season finalist Phoenix Suns to advance to the Western Conference. The Slovenian native had a heated battle against Devin Booker and the Suns until Game 7 averaging 32.6 points, 9.9 rebounds, and 7 assists in that series. In the WCF, Dallas’ lack of experience would show as the Golden State Warriors defeated them.

Luka Doncic becomes more successful at his age than several league legends
The European star has been playing at an MVP level and also was ranked among the top five on many occasions. He is an offensively gifted specimen and holds records under the same category. He holds multiple records in triple-doubles and scoring. He also scored the most points in a playoff debut game in NBA history.
So far, he has bagged three All-Star and All-NBA selections in just four seasons. This is happens to be more achievements than Miami Heat legend Dwayne Wade had by his fourth season. Wade had two first-team selections during his 16 season career and Luka’s selection all happen to be under the All-NBA first team. Soon he will also win an NBA title if he continues to play at a high level.
