Ben Simmons is one of the biggest stars sought after coming into the 2022-23 Season. After all the that went down during the previous year, the least people would expect from Brooklyn Nets is to go the distance. As of now, it all depends on the Australian athlete.
The former All-Star point guard is slowly sinking into his role on the Nets roster but definitely has a lot of work to be put into his form. As we all know, he is known for his inability to shoot to ball. For a large portion of his career, he has only attacked the rim. But it does not seem to have changed a single bit.

Ben Simmons horribly misses a jumpshot during a Nets public practice
Ben Simmons has been around nearly six years now. The one aspect that he lacked coming into the league was his inability to shoot. For playing the point guard position, he is required to have that skill in possession but for his height, experts believe that is not the right position for him to be playing.
Recently, a video of the entire Nets crew including Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving was uploaded on the Internet. It seems as if the team was balling out with fans in the streets of Brooklyn. In the video came out of nowhere, Ben Simmons with a jumper from midrange.
The trajectory of the shot was completely off and the farthest away from the rim. This could be one of the worst clips of Ben Simmons’ shooting ever to be uploaded on the internet. Since his arrival into the league, he has only made five three-pointers.
Simmons is not all that bad of a shooter but lacks consistency at worst. This could probably be a reason why he chooses to facilitate and attack rather than score via shots. But fans were not easy on him for this one. Here is what they had to say.
