“BOL BOL GOT POSTERED” NBA Fans got berserk after Cavaliers’ Jarrett Allen drops a MASSIVE dunk on the tallest Magic player

Jarrett Allen

Jarrett Allen is one of the most underrated centers in the entire NBA. The big man has been a massive problem in the paint for almost every team he has played with so far. Another aspect that holds true value in him is his ability to run the offense and provide support defensively to his team.

The Cleveland Cavaliers acquired him last season via an insane four-team trade between the Brooklyn Nets, Milwaukee Bucks, and the Philadelphia 76ers. The Cavs now have a very athletic big whose height they can easily abuse while being paired up alongside Donovan Mitchell whom they acquire during the off-season.

Standing at 6″9 feet, Jarrett Allen is particularly the tallest fifth man in the league but certainly plays like one. Recently, while playing against the Orlando Magic, he dropped a massive dunk over one of the tallest players in the league at the moment, Bol Bol. The Magic center is a very good shot blocker listed at 7″2 feet but he could not stop Allen.

The Cavaliers went on to extend a three-game win streak while punishing the Magic team that has not won a single game since the start of the regular season. Mitchell’s addition to the roster has worked out for the better offensively but with Jarrett Allen on the rise, it would lead them into a deep playoff run. Here are a couple of reactions from fans.

The Cavaliers had comparatively better three-point shooters to begin with as they put up 30.3% from beyond the arc against the Magic’s 25%. The “Spida” did not fair his usual stats recording only 14 points, 4 rebounds, and 8 assists for the night. Former Rookie of the Year candidate Evan Mobley helped settle their offensive issues with 22 points.

Jarrett Allen has been extremely consistent throughout his career averaging close to a double-double since 2019. Last night, he scored 18 points and grabbed 16 rebounds going 7-11 from the field. This season he has been averaging 13.5 points despite not being a top-scoring option, along with a career-high 11.5 rebounds. Cleveland is certainly on a good path with their current roster but will have to improve in a few ways to center title contention.
