Kyrie Irving is one player in the NBA who has never been afraid to reveal his true feelings on any given matter. So, when a reporter asked him about his future-plan on a recent occasion, the smirk, smile and laughter of the 2016 NBA Champ indicated that he very well might be on his way out of the team after once again getting onto the bad-side of the upper management.
While Kyrie Irving has opted-in with no max extension with the Nets, he could still be out of his way to join forces with former championship partner, LeBron James. Moreover, this laugh off-attitude of Irving made certain fans know that nothing is conclusive about Irving’s mood and plans.

What makes us and plenty of NBA fans think about the same? Kyrie was on a red-carpet, when he was asked if he still wanted to be a Brooklyn Net. He chose to dodge the question, and passed it to his stepmom. Furthermore, it seemed like Irving wanted the reporter to pop the question up, and decided to laugh-it-off on purpose. It has been confirmed that the Nets star, Kyrie Irving has asked for and been given permission to look for sign-and-trade packages, which is the newest indication on both the sides digging their heels. But aside from the LA Lakers, he hasn’t discovered any other pursuers yet. The main reason Irving would prefer a sign-and-trade is that he would not only save over $30 Million but also receive a 15% trade kicker that would have to be paid by the Brooklyn Nets.
But having exercised his play-option on Monday, will the Irving and Nets drama come to a halt or will we only witness the Brooklyn franchise trying to chase their marquee star? What drama awaits in this story? Surely, remains to be seen in the upcoming days.
