Russell Westbrook has been performing at the highest level coming off the bench. Over the last week, the player has experienced some of his highest moments since the start of the season all thanks to his willingness to change and Darvin Ham’s top-tier coaching. He may possibly make a run for the Sixth Man of the Year Award.
The Lakers have won two games since Russ started coming off the bench. On several occasions, former coach Frank Vogel and current leader Darvin Ham have expressed their willingness to bench him but only one of them was successful enough to get an entire plan laid out. Last night, the MVP guard scored 26 points in pursuit to earn a third victory for the Lakers.
