Raynard completed his graduation from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2015. Interestingly, he was personally handed his diploma by none other than his brother Russell Westbrook. He later posted the picture of the occasion on his Instagram account. Despite playing football in college, Raynard decided to join the family business. Russell won his maiden league MVP in 2017 and during his speech, Westbrook mentioned the importance of his brother Raynard in lifting him up every single day and how proud of him he is. “A lot of you guys may not know, but my brother just got his master’s two weeks ago. I’m so proud of him, not just for that but the man he is today. He lifts me up every single day,” Russell said about his brother in the speech.
Russell also said that his brother also texts him every single game at halftime, since he has been in the league. “My brother, he texts me every single game at halftime. Every game.
