Charles Barkley is undoubtedly the funniest Hall of Fame turned analyst who has no filter while giving his true and honest takes. However, sometimes it has been the case that the 1993 Suns’ MVP has gone overboard. So when he decided to brutally troll the women of San Antonio Spurs, Mayor Julian Castro decided to launch an attack on Cuck, which the latter surely will not forget in his entire lifetime.
Fans would be aware that there are two fanbases Charles Barkley absolutely hates-Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs. While we did witness the big Hall of Famer get into heated chants with the Dub Nation during the 2022 NBA Finals. On one particular occasion, Barkley’s comments on San Antonio women went viral to such an extent that Mayor Julian Castro released a YouTube video open letter to respond to Barkley’s slams on the city’s women as well as a river. He grabbed the opportunity to take some jabs at the former NBA MVP with both hands.

While mocking Barkley’s infamous golf swing, Castro didn’t hesitate in displaying the Spurs’ four championship rings he was wearing to mock Barkley’s 0 championships. Watch the hilarious clip yourself.
That being said, over the years, several other San Antonio folks have tried to get back at Charles, but none bettered Castro, who took shots which should have shut Barkley down for good. But we know that the NBA on TNT host surely cannot live without fans chanting “You Suck” for him.
Charles Barkley has no filter to his words and that has often led him to trouble, especially while giving metaphors of the same nature. Be it fat-shaming jokes, or ‘adjectives’ used for active players, Chuck known no boundaries to hold back his thoughts. Perhaps these are one of the many reasons we know Chuck is true at heart and doesn’t mean ill of any sort. But for now all eyes will be on, whether or not NBA fans would be able to witness the Chuckster in the studio of the greatest ever – NBA on TNT.
