“He’s coming for people’s names, numbers and spots” Shaquille O’Neal backs Jayson Tatum, Celtics to overcome Bucks challenge

Shaquille O'Neal on Jayson Tatum, Celtics
On one hand where Jayson Tatum, Celtics clean swept the resilient Kevin Durant led Brooklyn Nets, the Milwaukee Bucks were themselves impressive in their first-round series against the Chicago Bulls. Now with the winners of both these respective first-round series about to enter the semi-final stage, Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal seems to have picked his winner, based on the leadership of their marquee player.
Shaq particularly believed in Jayson Tatum and his ability on ither ends of the court. Given that the Celtics went onto embrace their 28-7 record after January 21, which seemed to have turned their fate in an epic manner. Shaq believes that Celtics are going to make the ultimate leap by beating the defending champions in the upcoming round. What else did he say? Take a look yourself-
Shaq on Jayson Tatum, Celtics

On the NBA on TNT, Shaq stated, “Boston Celtics, if Middleton is not playing. They’re (Boston) super confident right now. They just took out two of the best guys (KD and Kyrie) to ever play, and they did it with ease, so they’re very, very confident right now.”
O’Neal continued, “They’re not scared, Jayson Tatum’s on a roll, he’s coming for people’s names, numbers, and spots. Even if they do lose to Milwaukee, Milwaukee’s gonna have to beat them down bad to bring that confidence back down earthly.”

That being said, Tatum, Smart and Brown are in subline form in the postseason and are active on both ends of the court. Given that they are able to find the loop-holes in the Bucks defense since the early games, Giannis will have a tough task on his hand. Moreover, with Middleton out, the Milwaukee Bucks will definitely be short-handed in the initial games.

Furthermore, the matchup of Giannis vs Tatum surely has got everyone’s eye on it. Will it be one of these two superstars fetching the limelight? Or a different hero/villain to frame? Will we witness Tatum embracing his legacy by dragging the Celtics upon his shoulders to the ultimate stage in this postseason? Remains to be seen.
