Shaquille O’Neal recently made his way back to the NBA headlines as he proved to the world that he is a real one for his best friend Charles Barkley. Chuck during the last week was on the wheels for getting the bag in and was about to leave NBA on TNT for joining LIV Golf on the green field. But fortunately, nothing like that happened and the basketball world still has the legendary duo of Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley together and active which they love to watch. They are without a doubt the best duo out there when it comes to discussing, talking, debating, opinionating and predicting about sports and especially for NBA. Adding to it they also fight and run behind each other to get the job done in the most hilarious manner. So it’s very understandable why fans loved the duo and didn’t want it to break apart.

Honestly, thanks to LIV Golf as they fumbled the deal and deadline which resulted in Charles Barkley moving on with NBA on TNT and his mates Shaquille O’Neal, Ernie Johnson and others. Chuck talking about not getting a deal on the deadline which was him walking off from the green field in New Jersey on Thursday night, quoted: “I want to thank Greg Norman and LIV for their interest in me. I wish those guys great success and nothing but the best. But, in my best interest, and being fair to Turner because Turner and basketball have given me every single thing in my life. It is best for me to move on and I’m staying with Turner for the rest of my TV career.”

Many fans around thought if he would have joined the controversial Saudi-Backed LIV Golf his relations with Shaquille O’Neal would have been damaged heavily. As a bridge between them would be broken. But recently Shaquille O’Neal shut downed all those rumors and unexpectedly said that if Chuck joined LIV Golf he would still be riding with him and won’t be mad at him as that would have been a fair and great deal for his dear friend.

Shaquille O’Neal had no problem with Charles Barkley ditching NBA on TNT behind for a good bag of around $75 million to join LIV GOLF. As in his recent interview with Bryan Alexander of USA Today talking about Chuck almost getting a deal with the controversial Saudi-Backed LIV Golf League, Shaq quoted: “No. Charles is a dear friend. I would’ve supported him every which way. Charles is one of those legends, like Bill Russell, that didn’t make a lot of money playing. So if a chance comes up like this at this age that’s legal – controversial but legal – you gotta look at it. If he had accepted it, I wouldn’t be mad. And if Charles had left? You’d still have me.”

Shaquille O’Neal was being completely real and honest while answering the question. As it’s really understandable why Chuck would have signed with the controversial league and he also had his reasons and perspective for it. Big Diesel proved he’s a real one and Sir Charles would be more than happy knowing about it. And, now since it’s a done deal and he’ll be sticking with TNT for the rest of his T.V career. Many around the globe can’t wait for the offseason to end as they are already missing the duo on the screen.
