“You’ll be the baddest man on the planet,” Shareef O’Neal PASSES ON father Shaquille O’Neal’s words to Bronny James after FRIGHTENING heart attack

Bronny James recently suffered a cardiac arrest during basketball practice at USC Trojans’ facility. He collapsed on the floor during the workout and fortunately, the USC medical staff was quick to react and transfer him to the hospital for treatment. Their quick reaction and efforts saved Bronny James’ life. As of now, the young King is out of the ICU and healing from the cardiac arrest.

LeBron James and Savannah James have thanked the medical staff of USC and even appreciate all the love, support, and prayers fans are offering for Bronny. However, they are yet to address his situation publically. But one of Bronny’s close friends, Shareef O’Neal has been vocal about it. He has also had words with the young King who is now in a stable condition.

Just like Bronny James even Shareef O’Neal is a second-generation star. Even he’s a superstar in making and a rising name in the basketball world. He’s trying to be like his dad, Shaquille O’Neal, and in fact, he was on the right track. Unfortunately, things were delayed and went down south because of his heart condition. He was diagnosed with an anomalous coronary artery and had open heart surgery when he was 18 years old.

Shareef, in his recent interview with Good Morning America, revealed the exchange he had with Bronny. He even discussed his own health scare and the scary surgery he had. O’Neal said, “I talked with Bronny I sent a message. I said any questions you have you can ask me, I can answer them for you. I know people are going to say they are praying for you and all that. You don’t wanna hear a lot about that.”

Further, Shareef O’Neal talking about his road to recovery, added, “When I am going to be back? I can’t even walk right now. What is my future looking like? That’s when I kind of realized, I don’t know if basketball is ever going to be an option again.”  He even has shared Shaq’s advice with Bronny which helped him fuel his return as he now suits for the Los Angeles Lakers summer league team.

Shareef, remembering his dad’s advice and passing it to his friend, said, “He’s like you make it out of this, you are going to be the baddest man on the planet. That just builds a fire in you and makes you go back and get it.”

The reason behind Bronny James’ cardiac arrest

Bronny James is in stable condition and was in the ICU for only a short time. LeBron James and Savannah James are finally feeling relieved as the doctors have given them an optimistic response to the situation their elder son is in at the moment. According to TMZ Sports, the doctors were yet to conduct some tests to identify the cause behind the unexpected and tragic cardiac arrest the young King suffered.

So far there has been no update made about the cause, at least publically. Heart conditions have never gone easy with athletes. As they have always left a bad mark harming the future and career of a player. Bronny is expected to join LeBron James in the league next season. But this unfortunate incident may delay all of that. As of now his future playing basketball is also uncertain.
