Brooklyn Nets Head Coach, Steve Nash is known to be one of the calmest personalities in modern-day NBA. On one hand, where he was dynamite in his playing days in the league, with his offensive plays, Nash is relatively quiet managing his star-studded team being on the bench now. However, a viral video suggests how Nash went numb when he encountered the wrath of Nicki Minaj.
The American music artist is known for her bold avatar, perhaps Steve Nash encountered it way too closely as he could be seen shaking to his core when the former decided to give him a lap dance on the stage. It is indeed safe to say that the current Brooklyn Nets coach might be the last MVP to ever be reliably romantically linked to the Trinidadian rapper.

And more importantly the ‘hot’ musician who is trying to break him. That being said, this spoken off incident took a little over 10 years ago. This was a time when Steve Nash was less than a year removed from his last Western Conference Finals appearance.
Talking about that particular time, Phoenix Suns would miss the playoffs for the next 10 seasons since, breaking the drought this year. And Steve Nash himself would play his final NBA game less than 3 years later. He did, however, make one final All-Star Game appearance in 2012 before this.
For now, Nash will be focusing upon how he could improve his squad after the horrendous beating they suffered in the first round of the 2022 playoffs by Boston Celtics, being clean swept.
Given that the Nets would be having a much-more settled squad in the 2022-23 season it will be interesting to witness how Steve Nash is able to use his marquee scorers to stamp his authority in the Eastern Conference. But will Nash’s army include Kyrie Irving in the next season? Guess time will unravel all answers in the coming months.
