Trae Young has been aspiring to earn a ring ever since he stepped foot on the basketball court. His dream finally came true after he tied the knot with his fiancée, Shelby Miller, in a heartwarming ceremony last Saturday. The couple had been engaged since December 2021 and is blessed with a son named Tydus Reign Young, who was born last year.
Their love story began in 2017, during Trae‘s only year at the University of Oklahoma, where he played basketball while Shelby cheered for the college football team, the Oklahoma Sooners. A video emerged from their wedding, capturing the couple’s joyful dance at their wedding. They danced in a ballroom that had “Forever Young” written on it.
Recently, the couple announced that they are pregnant with their second child. During a recent appearance on his podcast “From the Point,” the Atlanta Hawks‘ point guard shared the joyful news with his fans, saying, “I wanted to announce that my son Tydus is going to be a big brother… to a little girl.”
