The last few months for Kevin Porter Jr. have remained turbulent, to say the least. His former girlfriend, Kysre Gondrezick, accused Porter of physical abuse on September 11 this year. Gondrezick said Porter grabbed her neck by forcefully squeezing it. This caused her to experience difficulty breathing and bruising to her neck. She had repeatedly and publicly made the claims.

However, in a shocking twist, Gondrezick has withdrawn all claims. She has gone on record saying that Porter Jr. had never done anything of the sort, and there was no physical proof to back up her allegations. Her comments have shocked many, with some wondering what happened that caused her to turn back on her own comments completely.

She was quoted saying, “He didn’t hit me. He never balled his fists up and hit me. And he definitely didn’t punch me in the face numerous times. That is a lie. I don’t have any injuries to support that.”

Kevin Porter Jr. has yet to make any statements about the comments. He faces what could possibly be the end of his NBA career, and it remains to be seen what will happen to him.

The sudden nature in which Gondrezick went back on all her claims has caused NBA fans to speculate. Some think the charges were dropped because Gondrezick was paid a large amount.
