Believe it or not, the Miami Heat do look like one of the toughest squads to face in the Eastern Conference. Having equipped many veterans along with already existing young players, the Heat have acquired a tough roster in the NBA 2020-21 Season. One of which is Markieff Morris, who has made a name for himself by playing strong and a physical game. With Heat vs Magic being one of the similar kind, Morris was simply at his best under all circumstances.
Heat vs Magic saw the home team win the game 107-90. After the game when the 32-years-old former NBA Champions was asked upon the chippiness of the game and how physical it got out on the court, Markieff Morris surely got way too honest in delivering his opinion on the spoken about game.

Seeing Markieff Morris play on the most recent game, it did seem that all the physicality only fired him up. The former 13th overall pick came off the bench and registered 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting in a total of 25 minutes. Moreover, Morris also filled up the stat sheet with three boards, an assist, a steal, and a block. In addition, everything else he does on the court that doesn’t come up in the box score.
Safe to say, it looks like Morris fits perfectly into the ‘Heat Culture’ and can even improve his scoring prowess playing alongside Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo. Given his accuracy from downtown and strength in the paint, he can even provide players like Tyler Herro with more freedom to score.
Having said that, Heat vs Magic could be one of those games to showcase NBA and hoop fans what the Miami team is capable of in the NBA 2021-22 Season. Will they be able to fight their way out against the big team? Remains to be seen.
