Super Bowl winning quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, loves to be the center of attention. It is well known that Rodgers has a knack for saying controversial statements which have often landed him in trouble.
Green Bay Packers’ playoff ended in a humiliating defeat to San Fransico 49ers at Lambeau Field in the divisional round. After the Packers season ended, the reigning MVP clearly stated that he has no desire in being a part of a rebuild. It’s almost certain that Rodgers will be leaving the Packers this offseason.
Aaron Rodgers is ready to move on from Green Bay as he buys land in Nashville
The future Hall of Famer has purchased land in Williamson County and is building a home in Nashville suburb of Franklin, Tennessee, reported Jared Stillman, ESPN Nashville 102.5 The Game. Stillman said that multiple sources have confirmed that Rodgers is building a home in Nashville.
It looks like Aaron Rodgers might be moving to Tennessee indefinitely. After the season the Titans had, fans want Ryan Tannehill gone. Despite being the No.1 seed in the AFC, the Titans lost their divisional round matchup to the Bengals. Stillman also reported that Rodgers is “open” to being a Titan next year, according to a source.
Rodgers buying a house in Nashville and him being “open” to a Titan clearly suggest that the 38-year old quarterback will be starting as the Titans QB next season.
Stillman also said that according to some of his Packers teammates — “There is no way Rodgers is going back to Green Bay”. Rodgers was angry with the Packers’ organization because they draft QB Jordan Love with him still being on the team. He threatened Green Bay that he would quit at the start of this season but the Packers somehow managed the QB to stay on.
These rumors are indicators that Aaron Rodgers is definitely moving on from the Packers and is likely to join the Titans next season.
