Anthony Brown is an NFL player who is a currently third-string quarterback. This undrafted free agent joined the Baltimore Ravens in 2022.
He attended high school in New Jersey, where he became the starting quarterback of the school football team. In his senior year, Brown was named to the first team All-State and Shore Conference Football Player of the Year after completing passes for 2,298 yards and 33 touchdowns.
After redshirting during his first season, Anthony Brown went on to become the second Boston College freshman to start the season opener. After earning a good name in the early years, he later decided to transfer from Boston College to Oregon to continue playing as a graduate.
He became Tyler Shough’s starter and played for the Ducks for the first time in the Pac-12 Football Championship Game in 2020. Brown was named the team’s starting quarterback for the 2021 season, completing 64.1% of his passes and leading the Pac-12 Conference with 2,989 yards.
On May 6, 2022, the Baltimore Ravens selected Brown as an undrafted free agent. The following day, Brown made his first-ever appearance in relief of Tyler Huntley, who was injured. Brown was promoted to the active roster by December 31st, 2022.
