Analyst Bill Simmons believes Tom Brady would want to end his career in New England Patriots due to his relationship with Robert Kraft.

NFL legend Tom Brady announced his retirement on Monday night. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers man took to Instagram to announce his decision which has sent shockwaves around the globe.

Tom Brady penned down an emotional note on Instagram as he thanked the people who had shaped up his career. However, there have been some people who missed out on his goodbye note and that has not gone down well.

Tom Brady omits Robert Kraft from good-bye note

Tom Brady made no mention of New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft in his message. This has caused Robert Kraft to be extremely disappointed and he has shown quite some anger regarding the decision.

According to former New England Patriots linebacker Ted Johnson who played for New England Patriots for 10 years from 1995 to 2004, Robert Kraft was so angry at not being included- he threw a fit over the situation. Things got so bad that Ted Johnson believed that Kraft was screaming and yelling after being snubbed.

“I was told earlier tonight, you guys, that Robert Kraft, it was an unpleasant day today at the executive offices in Foxboro,” said Johnson.

And that Robert Kraft, when he initially first heard the news, was very upset. And he was screaming and he was yelling. And then there was a significant temper tantrum that he threw after he read this IG post.”

Additionally, Robert Kraft himself has not addressed Tom Brady’s retirement but he did release a statement on Tuesday. “I have the greatest respect for Tom personally and always will,” he said.

Moreover, Tom Brady only acknowledged the Patriots in an IG story wherein he replied to their post. “Thank you, Patriots and Patriot Nation. Beyond grateful and love you all,” he said.
