The Denver Broncos are scheduled to host the New England Patriots at the Empower Field at Mile High this week. It is a Sunday Night Football game between two teams who have had interesting seasons.

The Broncos are 7-7 and are in position to make the playoffs, despite a 1-5 start to the season. The Patriots, on the other hand, have been terrible this season as they hold a losing record of 3-11 through 15 weeks of the campaign.

That hasn’t happened as Belichick and company have had one of their worst seasons in franchise history. The head coach himself is under a lot of pressure as rumors of him getting fired are gathering momentum.

The Broncos are 4-4 in their last eight games against the Patriots. Their last matchup came in October 2020, where the Broncos got the better of the Patriots, 18-12. The Broncos have an eight-game lead in their all-time head-to-head matchups with the Denver-based side leading, 31-23.
