“I don’t trust Aaron Rodgers in Championship Games”- Skip Bayless picks Tom Brady and the Bucs to win NFC

Skip picks Brady over Rodgers.

The Green Bay Packers and The Tampa Bay Buccaneers ended the regular season of the NFL while having the joint-best records in the league [13-4] and are the 1st & 2nd seed in NFC respectively and there is a potential rematch of last year happening between them in the playoffs for the NFC title.

Both the teams are led by arguably the two best quarterbacks of this era i,e. Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady both of whom are currently the frontrunners for the MVP award this season due to their excellent and consistent performances throughout the season.

Famous FOX Sports analyst Skip Bayless said, “I don’t trust Aaron Rodgers in Championship Games” as he picks Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to win the NFC twice in a row.

“I would take the GOAT” – Skip Bayless

Tom Brady

Skip Bayless said, I would take the GOAT, referring to Tom Brady as he would choose him over Aaron Rodgers to go to the Super Bowl because “Tom Brady is the best playoff performer” according to him.

He believes that Tom Brady has the advantage over Aaron Rodgers due to the fact that the former has won 7 Super Bowls in his career, which is the most by any player in the NFL.

Last year Bucs defeated the Packers in the AFC Division Title game in which Brady outplayed Rodgers and knocked him out and ended their Super Bowl aspirations.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers would be hoping to repeat as the Super Bowl Champs despite all the drama surrounding them and Brady would be the man to take them to the “Promise Land” as stated by Skip Bayless.

“He is 1-4 in the NFC Championship games”- Skip Bayless criticizes Aaron Rodgers ahead of the playoffs

Aaron Rodgers

Skip Bayless said, “Aaron Rodgers comes up small in the biggest games,” referring to the bad record of the Packers in NFC Championship Games under Rodgers’s reign.

The Packers under Rogers have been to the Super Bowl only once in which they won the Super Bowl but they have usually come up short in the playoffs after always performing like the best team in the NFL during the regular season.

Shannon replied to Skip’s comments by saying “This time it’s Aaron’s time.” He thinks that Aaron Rodgers and the Packers will knock out Brady and the Bucs and win the NFC on their way to Super Bowl this season.

If the Bucs and Packers do face each other again in the playoff this season then it will be a fascinating match for sure and both Brady & Rodgers would hope to lead their teams to the Super Bowl and potentially win it to add to their legacies.
