There has been a raging talk on whether Dak Prescott should be having a say in personnel input or not. There has been talk both for and against on this matter.

Emmanuel Acho believes Dak Prescott should definitely have a say in Cowboys personnel decisions

Earlier when Dak Prescott was asked on whether he will be giving his say on whom to retain or not, he said that if he was asked for his opinion he will be contributing to the team. Moreover he feels that his opinion will be valued by the Cowboys.

“I think that just depends on whether they ask me,” Prescott said. “I’m not going in and knocking on doors saying, ‘Hey, I want this done, I want that done.’ But I’m pretty sure that my opinion will be valued in certain decisions, as I hope. So with that being said, just plan on helping this team get better in every which way I can.”

Absolutely he has earned the right to have input on personnel decisions. I would like to listen to the leader of the number one offense in the entire NFL to just see what he thinks and get his perspective on some of the personnel decisions we have to make,” he said on the Speak For Yourself show.

Now remember input isn’t decision making power. Big difference. Take it like the DJ world. When you go ask for the big soundboard at the festivals with all these different cables thousands of different inputs. But if you notice carefully and look at the sound engineer, there is a grey button at the bottom. You know what that button is? You. So you can have the input too!”
