Jalen Hurts has cemented himself as one of the best QBs in the league with just his second season as a starter for the Eagles. The 24-year-old is currently in a race with Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes for the MVP award in the 2022-23 season.
Hurts was integral in the Eagles Super Bowl run this year and was highly instrumental in their success. If the Eagles are to triumph against the Chiefs on the 12th of February, then surely the MVP award will be in the Eagles’ QBs hand.
The NFC champion has always kept his personal life under wraps, and there were no new updates on his marital status or potential marriage. However, everything changes now as the 24-year-old made his relationship public after winning the NFC championship with the Eagles.
Although Hurts is not married currently but wedding bells can soon be around the corner as the Eagles QB was recently seen hand-in-hand with his college girlfriend Bry Burrows.
Hurts was seen holding hands with his girlfriend Bry Burrows while celebrating the Eagles win over the 49ers. The rookie QB stunned everyone with this revelation.
Before this, his Instagram was also covered with either snaps of him training or his charity work. He had never revealed anything about his marriage or dating life and immediately took a u-turn from that decision when the Eagles were on their way to the Super Bowl.
Who is Jalen Hurts’ girlfriend Bry Burrows?
Bry Burrows and Jalen Hurts met when they were together at the University of Alabama. The QB was part of the football team, whereas Burrows was pursuing a bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish.
However, their paths diverged a bit after three years when Hurts was transferred to the University of Oklahoma, but it only made their affection for each other stronger.
Bry Burrows then completed her MBA from the Manderson School of business and started to work at IBM in the tech industry. Hurts took a completely different route and made his way to the NFL.
With Burrows currently residing in Dallas, Texas, and Hurts living in Philly, it must have been pretty hard for the young couple to cope with the stress of the relationship. However, it didn’t affect them and their relationship still goes strong.
The couple even has a shared love for philanthropy. While Hurts has been involved in various charitable events, Burrows does her best to support all aspiring tech people to succeed in the highly competitive field.
With their relationship out in the open now, fans won’t be surprised if Jalen Hurts and Bry Burrows are spotted together again in Arizona for the Super Bowl game against the Chiefs.
