Last weekend, the Buffalo Bills, led by their franchise quarterback, Josh Allen suffered a heartbreaking loss against the Patrick Mahomes-led Kansas City Chiefs in their divisional round game. As a result, the Bills were eliminated from the Super Bowl contention and will have to wait one more season for another shot. Amidst this, Allen’s $12 million luxury properties are making headlines.

As one of the top NFL quarterbacks, Allen is a well-paid athlete. Allen has accumulated a net worth of approximately $14 million from contract signings, brand deals, and advertisements. The Bills QB has invested some of his money in 4 properties combined for a worth of $12 million according to a report from The NY Post.

One of Allen’s notable properties is his 3,600-square-foot estate in Orchard Park, New York. The estate is located just a 5-minute drive away from Highmark Stadium, the home ground of the Buffalo-based football team.

The residence — which is considered Allen’s primary home — has a spacious kitchen, a fireplace, two stories, a two-car garage, and a backyard with a pool. It is valued at $1 million.

Furthermore, his second property in New York is 31 acres of land adjacent to his Orchard Park home, which Allen bought back in 2021 for $500k. The purpose of the land is unknown, but Allen could potentially build his dream mansion there.

The most expensive property Allen owns is his $7.2 million beach house in Dana Point, California. Allen purchased the massive property — which is located just 60 miles south of Los Angeles — over the Summer. It is a four-bedroom, 3-bathroom property which also features a terrace for relaxation.

His second property in California is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom home located in Rancho Mission Viejo, California. The huge property spans more than 3,500 square feet and is worth $2.3 million per report.

After spending 4 years in a rookie deal, Josh Allen inked a massive six-year contract extension with the Bills worth $258 million including $150 million in guarantees.

It is common for the quarterbacks to invest their money in properties. Recently, the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow also made headlines for buying a massive 7,300 square-foot mansion worth $7.5 million.
