Aaron Rodgers has returned with his unfiltered opinions, as he featured on the recent episode of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ talking about his beliefs on the global pandemic and COVID-19 vaccine.
In the two-hour conversation with Joe Rogan, that dropped on Spotify on Wednesday, the New York Jets star quarterback refused to back down from his former opinion on COVID-19 and reiterated it, despite the extensive backlash he faced last time.

Rodgers said:
I'm going to continue talking about this because it's important to me. I don't want what I went through to get brushed over. And also I don't give a [expletive].Aaron Rodgers said
As Rodgers stood up by his words, he also addressed the repercussions he had to face as he lost friends, allies, and sponsorships worth millions of dollars. He argued further:
I lost friends, allies in the media, millions of dollars in sponsorship because I talked about what worked for me in my own beliefs and my own health reasons why I didn't get vaccinated.Aaron Rodgers added
Last time, when the NFL star talked about the COVID-19 vaccine, he not only advocated for alternative treatments but also challenged the health and safety protocols of the NFL. And now as there exist alternative methods, he supported various medical treatments including ivermectin even though it lacks the FDA approval for treating COVID-19.
The fallout of Aaron Rodgers’ controversial comments on COVID-19 vaccine
The 40-year-old athlete has lost way more than it appears due to the backlash he faced after his unfiltered standpoint on the COVID-19 vaccine. As it initially happened in 2021 after he was diagnosed with the infection, he had a partnership with the local medical affiliate in Wisconsin. But due to the backlash, he lost it.
In addition to that, Rodgers who was once known as a revered athlete also had the status, which Rogan also mentioned on his podcast by correcting him with “less revered now.”

In between the whole controversy, the perception that the NFL quarterback believes he has changed entirely. And though he claimed he keeps himself away from politics, amidst the whole drama, Rodgers also endorsed presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr., solely because Kennedy shared the same standpoint on COVID as him.
