Fans are witnessing the end of an era. Top-tier quarterbacks who have cemented their legacies as legends in the game of football have reached the end of their respective careers. Tom Brady recently announced his retirement for the second time and this time he has closed the door to coming back. He will move on to the next chapter of his life where he will be taking up the role of a broadcaster as he has inked a 10-year deal with FOX Sports for $375 million.
While there is no speculation regarding Tom Brady’s future any longer, there is one quarterback whose future is still uncertain. It is none other than Aaron Rodgers. The Green Bay Packers quarterback has not kept his intentions to play a mystery. This is nothing new as at the end of every season for the past two to three years, Aaron’s future has been uncertain.
In light of the recent season, the Green Bay Packers had, fans and analysts have a strong feeling that this may have been the last year the legendary quarterback stepped onto the field. However, the quarterback is just watching all the media outlets go crazy and come up with their own speculative theories regarding his future from the comfort of his beautiful house.

Aaron Rodgers has not been a part of the retirement conversations:

Recently, the four-time NFL MVP appeared on the Pat McAfee Show as he does every week. While conversing with Pat, the topic of his future and retirement surfaced. Rodgers laughed it off and cleared the air surrounding those conversations. Aaron has no idea about what the chatter is on about and he made it clear that he had no inputs nor has he made any statements that may have hinted at him retiring.
Here’s what Aaron Rodgers had to say, “It sounds like there’s already conversations going on that aren’t involving me, which are interesting…but I’m not a part of those conversations right now.” The quarterback is still contemplating the immediate course of action. Rodgers is not yet sure if he is ready to call it a career or not as of yet.
While the Green Bay Packers had a disappointing season this year and Rodgers retiring may appear justified, fans are also speculating upon the possibility that the quarterback may be considering playing for another team and going the Tom Brady route. There are teams across the league that have immense potential on their roster but lack a solid quarterback. Rodgers may be the final piece of the puzzle for many teams.
