Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs players gave their head coach Andy Reid a ‘thoughtful’ gift for Christmas. The veteran head coach was delighted and moved by this delicious Christmas present.
The Kansas City Chiefs have won the AFC West for the seventh straight time under their head coach Andy Reid. He has already won them a Super Bowl and a couple of AFC Championships. He has created a dynasty with the Kansas City Chiefs and the players love him for that. After gifting him a win over the Seattle Seahawks, the Chiefs wanted to give their head coach another gift.
After the game, Patrick Mahomes told Reid that the team took a poll and got him a Christmas present. The entire locker room started shouting and chanting “open it, open it,” when Travis Kelce gave Reid the Wrapped present. Reid unwrapped the present to find what looked like a sneaker box. He opened the box further to find his favorite food cheeseburger as the gift.
Andy Reid is well known for his love of cheeseburgers. He has brought them in many post-game interviews and press conferences. So Andy Reid could not have asked for a better gift. “Cheeseburgers are paradise baby,” said a delighted Andy Reid after receiving the gift.
On the Sports side of things, Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs will be focused on their AFC West division rival Denver Broncos, who they will be facing on New Year’s Day game.

Andy Reid’s love affair with Cheeseburgers
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is well known among NFL fans for two things, winning games and loving cheeseburgers. There are numerous times he has mentioned cheeseburgers in the post-game press conferences. Most notably, after winning the Super Bowl with the Chiefs in 2020, Reid famously told Deion Sanders on NFL Network that he is going to get the biggest cheeseburger that Deion has ever seen to celebrate the championship victory.
And again, after almost seven months after their Super Bowl victory, when the chiefs had their Super Bowl ring ceremony in Arrowhead Stadium, he was asked about what he will do with his Super Bowl. He answered with an epic quote saying that he will wear it for special occasions or when he wants to get a free cheeseburger.
Andy Reid would love to end this season with a Lombardi trophy in one hand and a cheeseburger on the other hand. With Patrick Mahomes playing as his quarterback, he has every chance to win this season’s Super Bowl.
