Byron Pringle has made a name for himself on the biggest stage. The talented wide receiver who features for the Chicago Bears in the NFL impressed one and all with his talent at the college level.

He played at Butler Community College before he was moved to Kansas State where he eventually finished his collegiate career. He was roped in by the Kansas City Chiefs after he went undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft. After staying with the Chiefs till 2021, Pringle signed a one-year contract with the Bears in March this year.

Just when everyone thought it was his time to make the headlines with his performances, the man got himself involved in a controversy. Recently, as reported by TMZ, Byron was arrested by Florida Highway Patrol. Reportedly, he was doing donuts in his Orange 2016 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat.

Moreover, he did this while there was a child in his car and to add to this, he was driving on a suspended license. While Byron’s precious car was towed away, he was arrested on charges of reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.

Given that Byron had just signed a contract with the Bear worth around $6 million, with $4 million in guaranteed money, this incident would have to be counted as a major setback. It will be interesting to see how the Wide Receiver performs for his new franchise this year.
