Micah Parsons, the linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys, recently gave his flowers to the Philadelphia Eagles team. In a recent episode of his podcast, the LB, who often gets compared with Lawrence Taylor, vehemently appreciated the Eagles for being the No. 1 team in the NFL this season. He made a player-to-player analysis and asked why the Eagles are the best team in the league presently.

No. 1 would have to be the Philadelphia Eagles. No one has stopped the 'tush push' yet. DeVonta Smith could be A.J. Brown's No. 1 receiver. Jason Kelce Hall of Famer. Lane Johnson will be a Hall of Famer. It's very special to see what they've done...I don't believe they have any weaknesses.

The statement came after the Eagles registered their sixth win this season. They beat the mighty Miami Dolphins by a stellar margin of 31-17 and registered a fantastic win.

It was a great performance from the team’s end and both Jalen Hurts and AJ Brown were brilliant. Hurts covered 279 yards of passing with two touchdowns and registered one interception. He also completed more than 20 of his 30 passing attempts. AJ Brown, on the other hand, registered nine receives and covered 119 yards. Both were pivotal in terms of achieving a victory for their team. The defense of the Eagles was also good as they had the numbers of the Dolphins.

Micah Parsons also has had a good season till now. He is probably the most consistent player for the Dallas Cowboys. In six games (Dallas did not have a match last week), Parsons made 20 combined tackles (11 solo and 9 assisted) and had 5.0 sacks. In the absence of Trevon Diggs, he is the most reliable player for the Cowboys.

Tough road for the Dallas Cowboys in the coming weeks

The Dallas Cowboys have an interesting fixture in the coming weeks. The team beat the Los Angeles Chargers in a low-scoring game in week 6. They are presently up by 4-2.

In the coming fixtures, Dallas is going to face the Los Angeles Rams and then the mighty Philadelphia Eagles. The Dallas-Eagles encounter will be a treat to watch.

The Eagles have had unprecedented dominance over their opponents till now. As Parsons told in the podcast, no one has come close in stopping Jalen Hurts’ Tush Push, hence, it will be a challenge to Micah Parsons and his defense to stop this Eagles side.

Hurts was intercepted multiple times last week and the Cowboys need to find to replicate that in some way.
