With another bulldozing performance that led the Dallas Cowboys to secure a stellar win over the Philadelphia Eagles, Dak Prescott won the hearts of the Cowboys’ fans. They flocked in numbers on Twitter (now called X) and hyped Prescott as the favorite to win this year’s MVP award.

Prescott was at his usual best against the Eagles as he registered 271 yards of passing with two touchdowns. He also completed 25 of his 41 passes in the game. His performance outplayed the other MVP contender Jalen Hurts, who almost remained silent in the game.

A few weeks back, the Eagles hosted the Cowboys at their home ground. After a nail-biting encounter, the Eagles secured a classic victory. Despite leading in two quarters and holding things to draw at the first, the Cowboys lost the game because the Eagles had a classic third quarter with a 14-0 lead. Multiple decisions that could have benefited the Cowboys were overturned and the team had to suffer a loss.

Prescott had a good game in that game as well. He registered three touchdowns for 371 yards. He could have sealed things in favor of his franchise if the referee had not overturned his TD pass to his tight end. Nonetheless, the Cowboys were seeking revenge and AT&T stadium was the ideal place to get that.

From the very beginning of the Week 14 game, the Cowboys started dominating. In the first quarter, they registered a 10-0 lead. And in the coming ones, they kept on increasing that. The Eagles tried to launch a feeble comeback drive in the middle, however, that did not come in handy.

He has also registered a 7-1 record.
