The Dallas Cowboys have a difficult task on their hand as they have to choose which QB they play for probably their biggest game of the season against the Eagles. Dak Prescott will be back by the time the game gets played and Cooper Rush is in flying form and hasn’t lost a single game for the Cowboys.
The Cowboys are in a dilemma, but according to NFL analyst Skip Bayless, putting Dak Prescott on the roster against the Eagles would be wrong as he has just arrived from an injury and will be faced with a high-pressure situation from the start. Though one cannot make a proper verdict right away if he can handle it or not.
Skip Bayless thinks that Cooper Rush should take charge against the Eagles game as Dak Prescott should be allowed to ease into the team. “I’m not sure about Dak. I’m not sure about this formula with Cooper Rush except that it’s 4-0. But it would be wrong and unfair to throw Dak into the fire at the Eagles.” Skip Bayless stated on the Undisputed.
Although the Eagles are strong favourites coming into the game, the Cowboys are really looking strong, especially their defense, as Shannon Sharpe thinks it will be a war between Eagles’ offense and Cowboys defense.

Cooper Rush has impressed everyone around him. The QB had only 1 start before becoming a starter for the Cowboys in Dak Prescott’s absence.
Shannon Sharpe believes that Cooper Rush has proved himself this season and deserves a place in the starting lineup against the Eagles. He also stated that Rush will have to be available the whole game as he can’t play bits-and-pieces against the Eagles.
“I believe the Eagles are better than the Cowboys…Jalen Hurts and Philly’s offense have to make Cooper Rush participate in the whole game and if they do that, I like the Eagles chances.” Shannon Sharpe stated on ‘Undisputed’.
According to Shannon Sharpe, the Cowboys have a huge chance of winning if they play Cooper Rush instead of Dak Prescott. Although it is not confirmed if Prescott will be available for the game, owner Jerry Jones has confirmed that Dak Prescott is and will be the Cowboys’ number one QB. This will be a blow to many people who thought that Cooper Rush would stay for long.
