Is this the year the Dallas Cowboys win it all? Well, the aggressive off-season moves by their general manager Jerry Jones suggest the team is definitely on the right path to winning their 6th Super Bowl ring. Jones has made some stunning moves during the free agency but the ESPN analyst Dan Orlovsky believes the Cowboys could become a better team by making one more big move.
So far in the off-season, the Dallas-based football team has added two valuable players to their roaster. Jerry Jones acquired the star cornerback Stephon Gilmore from the Indianapolis Colts in exchange for a 5th-round draft pick. The 32-year-old defensive back is a massive upgrade to the Cowboys’ secondary unit which already includes players like Trevon Diggs and Jayron Kearse.
Moreover, the Cowboys also went out and got their franchise quarterback Dak Prescott an offensive weapon by trading for the Texans‘ star wide receiver, Brandin Cooks. Now, Prescott has two elite pass-catchers. Besides, Jones only gave up a couple of late-round picks to acquire Cooks. So, they still can load up a lot of talents during the draft day.
And that’s exactly what Dan Orlovsky suggests the Cowboys to do during the Draft day. The renowned ESPN analyst wants Jerry Jones to aggressively move up during the draft to acquire Texas RB Bijan Robinson.
Dan Orlovsky wants the Cowboys to be aggressive during the Draft

During a recent episode of the ESPN show NFL Live, Dan Orlovsky joined Marcus Spears, Adam Schefter, and Mina Kimes to talk about the Dallas Cowboys’ off-season moves.
“This (Cooks) move and the Gilmore move makes me think there’s another move coming a big move,” said Orlovsky. “I’ll go to the draft and we’ve had this name floated and/or attached to this team for the past couple of weeks but Bijan Robinson out of Texas, the tailback now. When I think about this offense and the addition of Cooks and Michael Gallup, CeeDee Lamb, and then Pollard coming off of the broken leg, If you get a Bijan Robinson type of player, that people have said ‘the next LaDainian Tomlinson type,’ we’re looking at an offense that is explosive.”
The Cowboys currently hold the 26th overall pick in the upcoming draft and the much-touted Bijan Robinson might not be available at the spot. With reference to that, Dan Orlovsky believes self-proclaimed America’s team must be aggressive and trade up to get the explosive running back.
Robinson has been linked with the Cowboys for some time now and with the departure of the star running back Ezekiel Elliott from Dallas, all signs are pointing towards Jerry Jones drafting the UT running back in the first round.
