Eric Johnson had a short career in the NFL but during that time he played in multiple teams. The DB started his NFL career with the Raiders in 2000 and retired from the NFL by 2005.
During that tenure, he played with the Raiders, Falcons, and Cardinals. However, after leaving football, Johnson’s career took a sharp turn, and he ended up with associations with various gangs throughout the state of Georgia.
Recently, the former DB was arrested by the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office special investigations section, along with seven other potential gang members. The eight people arrested, including Johnson, were part of the LOTTO (Last One To Take Over) gang.
The 46-year-old was arrested and charged with numerous lawsuits including human trafficking, sexual servitude, racketeering, aggravated assault, kidnapping, and violation of the street gang terrorism and prevention act. The eight alleged traffickers are also alleged to have engaged in the trafficking of five female victims, one of which was a minor.
Johnson has been trending on social media ever since he got arrested. His fall from grace was pretty evident as the former Raiders DB is believed to hold a high-power role within the LOTTO gang. The crimes that Johnson was arrested for occurred somewhere between October 2021 and July 2022.

Eric Johnson played six seasons in the NFL
The former Falcons DB had a short sting in the NFL and only played in the league for 6 years before moving on. However, in those six years, Eric Johnson was a significant player for his team.
Johnson started his career with the Raiders and is also most commonly known for his touchdown during the Raiders Super Bowl game against the Bucs, where the Oakland Raiders brutally lost the game.
The former DB recorded a total of 56 tackles throughout his career. However, 46 of them came when he was playing with the Raiders for four seasons. Johnson later moved on to the Falcons and played with them for one season before moving on to the Cardinals where his career ended.
Eric Johnson’s sudden shift from a professional football player to a gang leader remains unknown. However, the 46-year-old is alleged to committing brutal crimes and will have a hard time proving himself innocent in the court of justice.
