After undergoing severe treatment for cervical cancer, Erin Andrews was advised by her doctors to freeze her embryos. The couple then decided to move forward with IVF in the hopes of getting pregnant.

After 2 surgeries of cervical cancer nothing was working out for them. The physical and emotional toll of the IVF process was also severe and the NFL commentator went through various struggles and spoke about it in an interview.

“We lost twins via surrogacy and that was really hard,” Erin Andrews stated. “I really struggled mentally. I didn’t handle it very well … I kind of tried to push it aside and act like everything was OK.”
