Deshaun Watson, this one name has been in the news more than any other in the world of the NFLover the past few months. The Browns signed him for a gigantic amount but eventually ended up finding themselves in a really tough space because of their favorite QB’s legal issues.
The renowned quarterback was alleged by several women on charges of molestation and sexual harassment. Ever since the claims were made, we saw a number of twists and turns in the high profile case. Reportedly, the NFL was first inclined on handing out severe punishment to Deshaun Watson for his involvement in the sexual harassment cases as fans were seemingly angry with the QB’s behavior.

However, the league’s stance reportedly changed a little as new twists in the case kept emerging. Judge Sue Robinson finally gave her verdict recently about the widely discussed case. She suggested that Watson should be suspended for 6 games in the coming season. As one can imagine, the decision ended up causing a huge outcry on different social media platforms.
Lots of fans pointed out that someone like Colin Kaepernick allegedly lost his entire career after taking a knee while someone like Deshaun who had such serious allegations against him will probably end up walking away with only 6-game suspension. Here are a few reactions:
There is no doubt about the fact that the allegations against Watson were incredibly serious and even the league had reportedly taken a call on giving the QB an extended suspension. However, with the Judge suggesting only a 6-game suspension with no fine, the NFL now finds itself in a fix.
The league is already getting a lot of angry reactions from the fans and if the decide not to appeal against the decision taken by Judge Robinson, it goes without saying that the biggest league on the planet will attract more criticism.
