“Vulnerari Praesidio,” Kansas City Chiefs’ kicker Harrison Butker slides his INSPIRING pro-life message past POTUS
Kansas City Chiefs Kicker Harrison Butker took shots at the Biden Adminstration after he sported a tie criticizing their pro-abortion stance.

The Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl this year and it has become a ritual for the reigning champions to visit the White House after their victory. This year as well, the Chiefs were invited by the Biden administration to make a visit to the White House and meet the President to commemorate their victory.
While the entire Kansas City Chiefs roster showed up, one of the team members took advantage of this opportunity to make sure he spread a message which was dear to his heart. Harrison Butker, the kicker for the Chiefs who is infamously known as the “Buttkicker” owing to the number of clutch kicks he has delivered upon made sure his visit to the White House was not in vain.
Butker decided to sport a pro-life message which was subtle enough to slip past the White House staff as part of his attire. The kicker had a tie with the words “Vulnerari Praesidio” which roughly translates to protect the most vulnerable. It is a Latin term and one that is clearly intended to be pro-life. The kicker’s tie was made by Live Action, a pro-life organization as per sources.
Being pro-life means a lot to Harrison Butker
Butker’s tie featured a gold pin which resembled a baby’s feet. The measurements were made to match the size of a 10-week-old aborted child. The kicker played his cards rather cleverly. He never said anything explicitly and yet allowed his outfit to speak for itself. Why did Butker decide to pull this off? President Joe Biden and his government have been very lenient when it comes to the pro-life debate.
Butker put it best, “I want to give the most vulnerable, the unborn, a voice at a place where every effort has been made to allow and normalize the tragic termination of their lives. As a father who has experienced three miscarriages, my wife and I understand the hardships that come with losing a child. Every life is precious and should be valued whether outside or inside the womb.”
He went on to address the Biden administration and its stance when it comes to being pro-life, “President Biden is a professing Catholic who, as the most powerful man in the world is responsible for leading the most pro-abortion administration in our history that has overseen a horrific death toll of 2,458 children every day lost to abortion.”
“I’m not just making kicks so that I can make money and I can puff myself up as this great person that people want to be like one day. I’m making kicks because God wants me to have a platform, at least for right now, to share this message of faith, of growing in virtue, of growing closer to the sacraments and of being a saint.”
Harrison Butker’s wife is Isabelle Butker. He did it right, he ensured he took a stance without actually ruining the main highlight of the day, which was the Kansas City Chiefs celebrating their Super Bowl victory. The pro-life debate is one that is rather complicated and has its own share of intricacies. Harrison Butker ended this year with 164 FGs made on 186 attempts, as a professional athlete, he has remained consistent and showed up whenever the Chiefs have needed him.
