Patrick Mahomes’ brother Jackson Mahomes accused of allegedly assaulting a waiter and forcefully kissing a woman
Patrick Mahomes' younger brother Jackson Mahomes is in the midst of yet another controversy as he is under investigation for allegedly forcefully having his way with a female restaurant owner.

The quote, ‘An apple doesn’t fall far away from the tree’ may not necessarily be true, well at least not in the case of Patrick Mahomes and Jackson Mahomes. The brothers are related by blood but in terms of accomplishments and public image, they are polar opposites. While Pat is a guy who is respected and adored as a leader, a fierce competitor, a talented quarterback, and one of the top guys in the NFL, Jackson Mahomes is none of that. On the contrary, he has earned a notorious reputation for his shenanigans during the Kansas City Chiefs’ games.
Jackson Mahomes became famous due to his TikToks and behavior at his brother’s games. His actions have earned him more critics than fans. Jackson is in the midst of a fresh controversy now as he is under investigation for allegedly assaulting a waiter and the owner of a restaurant in Overland Park. The incident in question reportedly took place last weekend.
As per the initial reports, Jackson Mahomes is being accused of allegedly shoving a male waiter multiple times and forcibly kissing the 40-year-old female proprietor of the Aspens Restaurant and Lounge joint. As per reports from The Star, the owner Aspen Vaughn gave access to the law enforcement authorities to check the CCTV recordings in order to get an idea of what exactly went down.

The statement released by the police states the following, “The Police Department is aware of an incident that occurred on Feb. 25, 2023, at a business near 151st and Metcalf. The department is still investigating. Releasing any additional information would be inappropriate at this time. Anyone with information should contact the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS.”
Jackson Mahomes did not have any statement to make, however, his attorney spoke on his behalf and denied the allegations leveled at him by the police. “Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser including the statements of several witnesses. We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter,” Brandan Davies, the legal representative for Mahomes stated.

The owner, however, thinks otherwise. She is of the opinion that Jackson Mahomes was intoxicated and here is how she detailed the incident in question. “He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere and I’m telling him, pushing him off saying, ‘what are you doing?’ and then he proceeded to do it two more times where the last time I was pushing him off and I can see on the cameras that somebody was outside the office door and I was yelling for them to come help because he’s big and massive.”
The CCTV footage does not help Jackson’s case as the owner does appear to be uncomfortable and resist his advances. This is not the first time that Pat Mahomes’s brother has been in the midst of a controversy. The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback’s brother has been criticized for his behavior at the games, for his TikTok dances and entitled attitude. The police investigation is still underway and more updates are yet to follow.
