“He literally won’t buy his own clothes”: Ja’Marr Chase on Joe Burrow
Apart from his heroics on the field, mighty Joe is also known for what he wears off the field. Who can forget the flashy outfit he sported during Super Bowl. The cigars, incredibly eye-catching clothes, everything contributes to the overall persona of the man who has well and truly changed the fortunes of his team.
However, Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase has claimed that actually he is the man behind all the flashy clothing antics we see from Burrow. In a recent interaction with GQ Magazine, Chase said, “Joe literally won’t buy his own clothes. He always asks me to shop for him and drop it off at the house.“
“He’s not really into fashion like that, he cool with his li’l khakis and skinny jeans,” Ja’Marr added. If what Ja’Marr is claiming is true, one must compliment him for enhancing his QB’s off-field image. As far as the chemistry between Joe and Ja’Marr is concerned, they do have what it takes to guide a team to a Super Bowl.
While they fell agonizingly short last season from winning the ultimate title, they will give in their all to cross the final hurdle this time around.
