Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs won the third ever Super Bowl ring in the franchise’s history by defeating the Philadelphia Eagles in the championship game back in February. And now, the Chiefs QB Mahomes got to experience the White House visit as the defending Super Bowl Champions attended the event hosted by US President Joe Biden to honor the Chiefs’ title win.

It’s a time-long tradition for the winners of a Major Sporting event, especially the Super Bowl champions, to visit the White House. In that trend, the majority of the Chiefs squad, including the star quarterback Patrick Mahomes, tight end Travis Kelce, and their head coach Andy Reid visited the White House on Monday.

Mahomes and Kelce presented US President Joe Biden with a custom-made Chiefs jersey with Biden’s name printed on it. During the event, Biden delivered a powerful speech about the Chiefs organization and hailed the 2022 league MVP Patrick Mahomes as one of the greatest QBs of this generation.

“The Chiefs not only hold the title but are building a dynasty… We saw (Patrick Mahomes) play with an ankle sprain, another legendary chapter in the story of one of the greatest QBs of his generation, and I predict any generation,” said Biden.

Mahomes, Reid, and Kelce are all experiencing the White House event as the Super Bowl Champions for the first time, but it certainly will not be their last time as the Chiefs are looking to add many more Lombardi Trophies to their cabinet

Despite losing one of their star wide receivers, Tyreek Hill, to the Miami Dolphins in the 2022 off-season, the Chiefs’ offense didn’t skip a beat during the 2022 season. The big reason behind it was the Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes.

Mahomes had a historical regular season last year as he registered a league-high 5250 passing yards and 41 passing touchdowns. As a result, the Chiefs QB ended up winning the 2022 league MVP comfortably.

Last season, the 5-time Pro Bowl QB won both the league MVP award and the Super Bowl MVP award without Tyreek Hill. As Joe Biden mentioned, Patrick Mahomes is shaping up to become one of the greatest QBs to ever play the game.

Furthermore, the 27-year-old also claims that he is willing to take a pay cut to win more championship rings. If Mahomes keeps up his pace, he has an outside shot at breaking the 7 Super Bowl rings record by the GOAT Tom Brady when it’s all said and done.
