Kayvon Thibodeaux is a talented outside linebacker who is rated very highly by top NFL experts. The young gun played college football for the Oregon Ducks and impressed everyone with his talent.

As expected, he was named the Pac-12 Defensive Freshmen of the Year back in 2019 and a year before that, he was named USA Today’s High School Football Defensive Player of the year. In addition to all this, he also took home the Morris Trophy and as a junior, he was voted a unanimous All-American.

Kayvon was the 2nd highest-rated overall player in the 2019 recruiting class and recorded 152 total tackles, 54 sacks, and 8 forced fumbles during his high school career. Fans were anxious to see which team ends up roping him in at the 2022 NFL draft and as it turns out, Thibodeaux is all set to play for the New York Giants.

As expected, he was over the moon when it was confirmed that he will feature for the Giants in the coming season. Mellisa Stark had a chat with a dancing Kayvon who stated, “I knew, I manifested this. We had great talks on facetime right before I got on the plane and I knew it was time.”

Just to be a part of the family, an organization like this is great,” he added. Melissa then reminded Kayvon that the Giants have had a lot of losing seasons and then congratulated him. “Thank you,” is what Kayvon said in reply with a broad smile on his face.

It will be interesting to see if he can play a major role in transforming the fortunes of his new team.
