Dak Prescott is the Cowboys‘ franchise QB for quite a few years now. Owner Jerry Jones has also shown a lot of faith in his capabilities. However, this season hasn’t been kind to Prescott who’s being criticized a lot for his performance.

The excessive criticisms started after backup QB Cooper Rush did an amazing job while Prescott was out injured due to a thumb injury. With Prescott back, the Cowboys looked a bit shaky in the following weeks.

The Cowboys recently lost to the Jaguars in OT in a must-win game. They were in control for the majority of the game, however, in the end, the Jaguars equalized and won the game in OT.

Prescott received lots of hate for his performance in that game and some NFL analysts even abused the 29-year-old QB. LeSean McCoy from the SPEAK went on an insane rant against the Cowboys QB.

McCoy used derogatory language when criticizing Prescott and stated that he plays like crap. “Dak is a**,” the former Eagles star said. “Can I say that on TV? ‘Cause he is ass a**.”

Prescott has a massive $160 million contract and McCoy thinks that the QB doesn’t deserve it. He also pointed out that Prescott has the easiest job in the whole NFL and he still can’t do it properly.

Dak Prescott received all the blame for the loss against the Jaguars. According to LeSean McCoy, his decision-making was terrible and that cost the Cowboys their 17-point lead.

“The picks he’s throwing, he’s not even trying to fit the ball through the needles or smaller windows,” McCoy said. “They’re easy passes. They run the ball well. What else can you do? I pay you $160 million, that’s how you play?”

The Cowboys are looking shaky at the end of the season. The Dallas-based team still trails the formidable Eagles by 3 wins in the division and is set to face them next in the NFL.

Although the Cowboys will easily make the playoffs, their Super Bowl hopes are looking shaky as the team is going through a crisis at the most crucial point in time. Dak Prescott will certainly have to play well and justify the massive price tag set on him.
