Detroit Lions fans had a bloody brawl
Detroit Lions have the most unique set of fans in this world. The blue-collared workers of the Motor City love their team and after a disheartening loss against the Philadelphia Eagles, they vented their frustration not only at the opposition’s fans but also at each other.
The game was close as the Lions lost 38-35 to the Eagles with Lions running back De’Andre Swift leading the charge on offense with 15 rushes for 144 yards. The game showed the grit of the Detroit Lions team which the fans of the team appreciate but the ultimate loss was demoralizing despite the team taking a step in the right direction. The Dan Campbell era is all about putting in the work, sweat, and tears to accomplish things just like the city of Detroit have always done but sometimes the frustrations need an outlet and the fans found a head-scrathcing one.
Fights erupted in and out of Ford Field during high voltage Detroit Lions-Philadelphia Eagles game
Fights during sporting events are not as rare as you would hope but most of these fights are amongst opposition fans but the brawls in Detroit went an extra mile with the Lions fans not only fighting the Eagles fans but also amongst themselves. The one fought between fellow Lions fans involved a dozen or so people with a sea of blue jerseys watching on.
The reason for the brawls is not known but Twitter as usual had something to say about them-
