The Green Bay Packers will host the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. It’s a matchup between two teams who have different expectations this season. The Chiefs are looking to win the Super Bowl again, whereas the Packers are playing their first season with Jordan Love as their starting quarterback. The Packers will enter the game with a record of 5-6. The Chiefs on the other hand are 8-3 so far this season.

The world will be tuned in to watch the game as it is a Sunday Night Prime Time matchup. Another reason why this game will attract a lot of eyeballs is the potential appearance of Taylor Swift during the game. Swift has already attended multiple Chiefs games to watch her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, play for them. The pair have been dating for a few months now and the buzz around their relationship has increased rapidly.

Amidst the buzz around the couple, Love was asked if he listens to Swift’s songs ahead of the Sunday Night matchup. Love said:

Nah, I don’t listen too much Taylor Swift.

The Packers’ reporter for the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Kassidy Hill, then proceeded to see if the QB would enjoy some of the pop star’s songs if given the chance. That led to an impromptu jam session in the locker room. Love listened to some bits of six songs and vibed with a couple of them.

The Packers have won their last two games against the Los Angeles Chargers and the Detroit Lions. Love has been playing well in the Packers’ recent games and will look to continue his good form against the reigning Super Bowl champions on Sunday.

Jordan Love talks about his progress in the Green Bay Packers’ offense

The Green Bay Packers made Jordan Love the starting quarterback this season after Aaron Rodgers left for New York. Love, the first-round pick of the 2020 NFL Draft, spent three years as a backup to Rodgers and finally got his chance this season. He has played well this season, despite the Packers having a losing record through 12 weeks. Love talked about his progress with the Packers’ offense so far.

Love told the reporters on Wednesday:

I feel like it’s just comfort, being comfortable in the pocket," Obviously getting more reps, more reps, being comfortable with my reads, understanding what the defense is doing, where I need to go with the ball and just growing and learning (from) every rep I get and obviously learning from mistakes, learning from the good plays.

Love so far this season has racked up 2,599 passing yards, 19 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. He has a passer rating of 87.4 and has 221 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs. After a rough start to the season, Love has improved tremendously in recent weeks and will hope to continue his production going forward.
