The Green Bay Packers hosted the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs, on Sunday Night Football in week 13. The Chiefs were favored to win the game at Lambeau Field, but the Packers were on fire right from the get-go.
They consistently scored points throughout the game while also limiting the vaunted Chiefs’ offense to just 19 points. Green Bay won the game 27-19 and improved to a .500 record.
The atmosphere at Lambeau was electric, and the Packers’ fans were making a ton of noise. There were a few theories circulating due to some late no-calls on the Green Bay Packers, which might have affected the outcome of the game. However, former San Francisco 49ers’ CB and current Fox Sports analyst Richard Sherman has discredited these theories and blamed the Chiefs for their own loss.

I don’t think they (Kansas City Chiefs) got robbed.

Sherman continued:
At the end of the day the Chiefs didn’t play well enough to win the ball game. Their players will tell you that, their coaches will tell you that. That's the truth of the ball game. The refs have been terrible all season, that's the expectation now. You're not gonna get consistency. At the end of the day the Chiefs know they didn't play well enough to win this ball game.
The Chiefs have now slipped to 8-4 and it will be difficult to win the conference from here on. Their next game is against the Buffalo Bills who have been one of the stronger teams in the league in recent years. The Packers, on the other hand, have won four of their last five games and will look to continue this momentum in their next game against the New York Giants next Monday.
Jordan Love talks about the Packers’ win over the Chiefs
Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers welcomed the Kansas City Chiefs in Lambeau Field on Sunday Night Football. The Packers came out all guns blazing as they defeated the Chiefs 27-19.

One of the main reasons why the Packers won the game was because of their quarterback Jordan Love. The signal-caller had a tremendous game and helped Green Bay improve to a 6-6 record. He spoke with the reporters after the game.
Yeah, it's huge,...For me personally, obviously I've had this game circled for a long time. My first start, obviously, didn't play how I wanted to the first game. So to be able to see these guys again and get the victory is huge. It's just a great team win tonight. Everybody just balled out, so it was an awesome win.
Love finished the game with 25-of-36 passing for 267 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions. After a slow start to the season, Love has picked up his game in recent weeks and is looking more comfortable in the Packers’ offense.
