Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski

4-time Super Bowl champion Rob Gronkowski has once again heaped praises over Tom Brady. Gronkowski, who retired from professional football last year, was one of the most reliable TE for his team and, like Brady, played only for two teams- the New England Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He won the Super Bowl three times with the Patriots and one time with the Bucs.

Throughout his career in the NFL, he has been on the same team as Brady, so naturally, he knows the legendary quarterback well and is one of Brady’s biggest fans. Over the last few weeks, he has been speaking highly of Brady and even suggested that he could go to any team he wants next season because of his stature.

Recently, Gronkowski was spotted leaving a West Hollywood hotspot and before driving off, he was asked a few questions by the paparazzi. Coming out of Craig’s, Gronkowski, when asked about Brady, said that he’s a beast and can go on forever. Speaking about his longevity, he joked that Brady could play till 68.

“The dude’s a beast, he can go forever,” he said before answering whether Brady would be about 65 years old when he retires, to which Gronkowski replied, “Yeah, 68!”

Gronkowski further said that Brady’s going to kill it in the league because he knows the game like no other player. He went on to say that Brady has the ability to break down any player and can talk football like no one ever.

“Tom’s going to kill it. I was just talking about it. He knows football like no other. He can break down any player at any time. He’ll just present it to the screens, showing the strength and weaknesses. He can talk football like no other,” Gronkowski said.

Despite Gronkowski’s comments, it is a fact that Brady has massively underperformed this season. Ever since coming back from retirement, he hasn’t been consistent at all courtesy of which the Bucs are 6-7 for the season. Due to the lopsidedness of the NFC South, they are at the top of the division and will most likely qualify for the playoffs.

Brady’s Bucs will face a mammoth challenge this week as they are set to face Joe Burrow’s Bengals. The road ahead for them, however, looks easy as they will play the Cardinals, the Panthers, and the Falcons.
